Проблемы Консолидации Представителей Креативного Класса Стран Брик Перед Вызовами Современной Экономики

Abstract

В статье автор рассматривает вопросы консолидации России, перспективы и проблемы объединение стран БРИК, выделяет предложения по направлениям консолидации этих стран. Объединение стран возможно на уровне неформальной институциализации, объединения представителей креативного класса на образовательном уровне, в культурном пространстве, независимо от ментальности наций, религиозных и других различий. Автор подчеркивает, что только такое объединение будет реально учитывать интересы большинства, до сих пор не принимаемого во внимание.
