Abstract

Современный взгляд на новую экономику стал, по существу, одним из самых важных, образно говоря, направляющих векторов, которым определяет достаточно серьезные параметры и характеристики отраслевого, регионального, фирменного и различных других видов развития сегодня. Поскольку подробному рассмотрению различных аспектов новой экономики посвящена уже значительная часть периодической литературы и монографий, мы в рамках данной статьи ограничимся рассмотрением только двух характерных особенностей этого экономического уклада. И даже не столько каждой из них, сколько вопросом о том, как и каким образом осуществляется их взаимосвязь, и что из этого проистекает с точки зрения теории вопроса и практики мирового и российского промышленного развития
