Abstract

Переход российской экономики на инновационный путь развития признан федеральными и региональными органами государственной власти главной стратегической задачей. Ключевой составляющей национальной инновационной системы должна стать инновационная деятельность малого и среднего предпринимательства (далее МСП), которая состоит в создании технологий на основе исследований и разработок и в рыночном применении различного рода инноваций, динамичном реагировании на изменение потребительского спроса
