Abstract

Проанализировано текущее состояние российской экономики в контексте инновационного развития, а также предложены направления активизации инновационного процесса. Важным показателем, отражающим значимость технологического развития в экономике, выступают расходы на финансирование инновационной деятельности. Объем финансирования научной сферы в России постоянно снижается и составил в 2008 году 1,04% к ВВП. Отметим, что в странах, претендующих на инновационное лидерство (США, Япония и другие), в условиях нестабильного развития мировой экономики наблюдается увеличение объемов финансирования инновационной сферы в целях обеспечения конкурентоспособности научно-технического сектора и в перспективе.
