Abstract

Анализируется ряд проблем логистической поддержки инновационного производства, внедрения логистических систем управления. Основным предметом исследования избраны процессы управления жизненным циклом разработки нового продукта. Система рассуждений строится на принципах подхода проактивного управления. На этом же подходе основывается концепция глобальной логистической системы инновационного предприятия.
