Abstract

Внедрение креативных идей в системе общественного питания может осуществляться по разным направлениям, всесторонне учитывая потребности современности. Все они будут решать либо задачу максимизации прибыли, либо сокращения затрат. Систематизировав основные задачи, требующие креативного подхода при их решении, авторы выделили основные способы внедрения креативных решений в системе общественного питания. Также рассмотрены вопросы о нравственности и этичности этих форм креатива.
