Abstract

Предложен вариант проектирования финансовой структуры инновационно ориентированного предприятия по центрам финансовой ответственности. В финансовой структуре необходимо выделять центры контроля и управления инновационными проектами, менеджерам которых делегированы права и ответственность за денежные потоки конкретных инновационных проектов. Это позволит повысить качество принимаемых управленческих решений по обеспечению сбалансированности денежных потоков по инновационным проектам, этапам, видам работ и финансовой реализуемости проектов в условиях организации инновационного процесса на основе линейно-последовательной модели или на основе параллельной деятельности интегрированных групп по разработке инновационных проектов.
