Abstract

Эффективность реализации инновационной модели развития российской экономики возможна, прежде всего, при условии преобразования организационных структур и технологий управления, что предполагает использование новых прогрессивных методов организации эффективного управления на всех уровнях. Повышение результативности управления процессами производства товаров и услуг связано с необходимостью перехода от традиционного функционального подхода в управлении к гибким, адаптивным управленческим моделям и механизмам
