Abstract

Несмотря на то, что информационные технологии (ИТ) де-факто стали неотъемлемой частью бизнеса, в настоящее время остается нерешенной задача обоснования методов и моделей управления информационно-технологическими комплексами (ИТ-комплексами) компании. Автором предложен подход к экономическому обоснованию внедрения ИТ-инициатив в механизм управления ИТ-комплексом и оценки ИТ-потенциала по синергии.
