Abstract

Межрегиональная инновационная система, являясь основой национальной инновационной системы, формируется на основе инновационной стратегии, политики и потенциала регионов. Автором предложен инновационный механизм, способствующий развитию технологической базы региона и повышению конкурентоспособности. Обоснована необходимость создания Северо-Кавказской инновационной системы, имеющей распределенную структуру и предусматривающей создание условий для формирования инновационной прорывной экономики в каждом регионе Северо-Кавказского федерального округа.
