Тенденции И Основные Проблемы Развития Человеческих Ресурсов В Китайской Народной Республике На Современном Этапе Развития Общества И Экономики

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные тенденции и проблемы развития человеческих ресурсов в КНР. Проводится анализ показателей человеческих ресурсов данной страны: численности населения и его прироста, уровня грамотности, безработицы, индекса человеческого развития, возрастной структуры населения и пр. Описываются основные этнопсихологические особенности жителей КНР. В конце статьи приводятся рекомендации по совершенствованию политики управления человеческими ресурсами на современном этапе развития общества и экономики КНР. Статья может быть полезна студентам, аспирантам, молодым ученым, преподавателям мировой экономики и всем исследователям, изучающим социально-экономические процессы в Китае, в том числе вопросы всесторонней оценки человеческих ресурсов в этой стране, управления человеческими ресурсами на рынке труда КНР, развития потенциала и гармонизации их структуры.
