Abstract

В данной статье делается упор на необходимость создания благоприятных условий для развития человеческого капитала как главного фактора становления инновационной экономики Целью исследования является обоснование важности и роли человеческого капитала в инновационном развитии территории, выявление особенностей человеческого капитала России.
