Abstract

Снижение темпов развития территорий в глобализирующейся экономике приведет к снижению конкурентоспособности региона и страны в целом. Но в условиях кризиса остро ощущается нехватка финансирования на содержание и модернизацию уже имеющихся проектов. Выйти из этой ситуации можно только за счет финансирования с помощью механизмов государственно-частного партнерства. А создание глобальных проектов позволит не только не останавливаться в это сложное время, но и получить конкурентные преимущества.
