Abstract

В статье дан анализ проблем совершенствования конкурентной среды при стремительных глобальных изменениях и многофакторном воздействии возмущений различной направленности на развитие системы мирового хозяйства. Обосновывается актуальность и необходимость дальнейших исследований в направлении изучения природы развития конкурентной среды в условиях политической и экономической нестабильности. Рассмотрен механизм формирования эффективного народного хозяйства в условиях экономической нестабильности. Показана значимость государственно-частного партнёрства в инновационном развитии рыночных структур и его роль в совершенствовании конкурентной среды. Авторами подробно проанализирована возможность и условия формирования партнёрства между государством, действующими монополиями и другими рыночными игроками с целью поддержки инновационных процессов в зависимости от изменения внешних воздействий.
