Образовательная Услуга Как Объект Государственного Регулирования

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются различные подходы к определению понятия «образовательная услуга». Предлагается авторская трактовка данного термина. Выделяются свойства образовательных услуг, а также их специфические особенности. Отдельно рассматриваются специфические свойства образовательных услуг высшей школы. Обосновывается необходимость государственного регулирования образовательных услуг высшей школы. Модель государственно-общественной ответственности рассматривается как наиболее оптимальная модель развития рынка образовательных услуг высшей школы.
