Инновационное Развитие Экономики России Как Стратегический Приоритет

Abstract

Изучены проблемы и определены перспективы инновационного развития экономики России. Доказано, что слабым местом российской инновационной системы является недостаточная связь между исследованиями, которые проводят государственные институты, и частными компаниями. Предложены варианты инновационного развития экономики страны. По мнению автора, важнейшая роль в механизме эффективного управления инновационными процессами принадлежит системе стимулирования и государственной поддержки инновационно-ориентированной деятельности отечественных предприятий. Автор полагает, что в первую очередь требуется усиление финансовой, правовой и других поддержек в наиболее приоритетных инновационных сферах, активное стимулирование инновационной деятельности.
