Abstract

В статье обосновывается особая значимость и актуальность вопросов социальной ответственности в условиях кризиса. Разработана система социально-экономических показателей, отражающих результативность социальной ответственности бизнеса. Выделены два аспекта (уровня) социальной ответственности бизнеса: корпоративный, который, в первую очередь, ориентируется на сотрудников фирмы и членов их семей и связан с наращиванием человеческого капитала, и территориальный, который нацелен, прежде всего, на качество (уровень и условия) жизни населения территории.
