Теоретические Подходы К Построению Инновационноинвестиционной Модели Развития Минерально-Сырьевого Комплекса

Abstract

В статье анализируется инвестиционно-инновационная модель развития минерально-сырьевого комплекса России. Доказывается, что акцент в современной экономике делается на развитии как сырьевых отраслей, которые в большинстве своем связаны с добычей и первичной обработкой возобновляемых видов природных ресурсов, так и перерабатывающих отраслей промышленности, что ведет к росту национального богатства страны. Рассмотрено формирование спроса на инвестиции в минерально-сырьевой комплекс под влиянием роста уровня чистой инвестиционной прибыли, вызываемого технологическим прогрессом. Детально рассмотрен механизм действия инвестиционного мультипликатора и акселератора, увязанных с автономными инвестициями, влияющими на ввод в действие месторождений полезных ископаемых, оказывающими последующее влияние на сопряженные отрасли промышленности. Автором предлагается ввести в макроэкономическую модель недропользования группу показателей, характеризующих объемы автономных инвестиций, направляемых в развитие минерально-сырьевого комплекса и сопряженных с отраслей.
