Abstract

Освещены вопросы формирования инновационной среды региона за счет выделения и развития соответствующего кластера. Рассмотрен пример регионального кластера, построенного на платформе национального исследовательского университета, в Пермском крае. Авторами предлагается: системное представление кластера и участников инновационного процесса; комплекс мероприятий по формированию партнерских отношений в рамках региональной инновационной системы; обоснованный перечень направлений, обеспечивающих эффективное управление инновациями; области знаний, необходимые для поддержки инновационной деятельности в регионе
