Взаимодействие И Сотрудничество Государств — Членов Шос В Контексте Региональной Безопасности: Уроки, Вызовы И Перспективы

Abstract

В статье автор рассматривает основные направления сотрудничества стран — членов ШОС в рамках данной международной организации (государственная безопасность и борьба с терроризмом, обеспечение территориальной целостности и стабильности, системы образования и здравоохранения, экологическая безопасность). Выделяются этапы политики безопасности ШОС. События последних лет свидетельствуют о росте негативных тенденций на пространстве ШОС и сопредельных территориях. Борьба с международным терроризмом, экстремизмом и наркоторговлей стала узловым направлением деятельности ШОС в сфере безопасности. Обоснована необходимость диверсификации внешнеполитических связей и поиска новых партнеров, которые бы не стремились оказывать заметное влияние на конфигурацию союзов и интеграционных образований региона. Кроме того, автор анализирует проблемы и перспективы дальнейшего углубления сотрудничества и расширения влияния данной международной организации. Предложены направления для реализации стратегии интеграции государств ШОС.
