Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы безопасности продовольствия как одного из направлений продовольственной безопасности и продовольственной независимости. Приведен обзор концепций, моделей, правовых актов по вопросам питания международного и национального уровней. Авторы формулируют вывод о необходимости использования показателя «качество продовольствия» с выделением составляющих функциональной пригодности (способности выполнять заданные функции с целевым назначением) и безопасности (ограничения по содержанию в продуктах вредных для здоровья веществ). Произведен анализ конкурентоспособности местной продукции по качественным характеристикам на основе индикатора доли продукции ненадлежащего качества или опасной для здоровья в общем объеме продукции, поступившей на рынок. В статье определены основные направления федерального и регионального уровней по соблюдению качества продовольствия.
