Abstract

Сложность и многофакторность категории «человеческий потенциал» привели авторов к выводу о том, что методология исчисления индекса развития человеческого потенциала должна исходить из многомерности данной категории. Предлагаемый в работе подход позволяет развить методику измерения структурных изменений человеческого потенциала и охарактеризовать его развитие в регионах современной России. Представленная в работе классификация человеческого потенциала по типам развития позволила выявить региональные особенности его развития. На основе анализа эмпирических данных сделан вывод об интенсивном характере развития человеческого потенциала в регионах.
