Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методы эффективного управления средними и малыми городами на основе комплексной системы прогнозирования динамики населения. В основе альтернативных прогнозных моделей лежат формализованные и интуитивные методы проекции. В качестве первого используется циклическая экстраполяция развития экономических параметров, второй формируется на основе результатов социологического опроса горожан.
