Региональные Аспекты Слияний И Поглощений Предприятий В Секторе Малого И Среднего Предпринимательства

Abstract

В условиях мирового кризиса происходит переход от системы закрытых инноваций к открытым, предполагающим использование внешних технологий через процесс слияний и поглощений (М&А). Рассмотрены основные тенденции интеграционного процесса в Свердловской области, а также перспективы интеграции бизнес-систем в секторе малого и среднего предпринимательства. На основе анализа статистических данных за 2006-2008 гг. определены отрасли, являющиеся окнами возможностей для предприятий Свердловской области. Показана необходимость интеграции малых и средних промышленных предприятий в перспективных отраслях для обеспечения устойчивого развития в условиях нестабильной среды.
