Трансформационные Процессы Корпоративного Развития В России: Социальная Ответственность Бизнеса

Abstract

Финансовый и экономический кризис сделал видимой степень готовности к изменениям в различных типах организаций во всем мире и России. Наблюдается трансформация социально-экономических программ, осуществляемых государственным и корпоративным сектором; не все они работают во благо населения, особенно в странах с быстроразвивающимися рынками. В то же время за двадцать лет рыночной экономики в России, например, определенно построили новую социально-экономическую систему, но изменились ли управленческие методы кардинальным образом? В исследовании обобщены тенденции корпоративного развития России в контексте социальной ответственности бизнеса и социально-экономической трансформации. Предпринята попытка определения места России на мировой карте социальной ответственности бизнеса.
