Abstract

В статье анализируется текущее состояние лесозаготовительной и лесоперерабатывающей отрасли и профессионального отраслевого образования, ведущего подготовку рабочих кадров на территории Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа Югры, обосновывается необходимость модификации существующей образовательной системы подготовки профессиональных кадров в систему, ориентированную на удовлетворение перспективных потребностей отраслевых предприятий. Приводится модельное описание трансформации отраслевого профессионального образования в условиях Югры, на данный момент реализуемой в проекте становления ИУНПК на базе профессионального училища №11 в п.г.т. Советский.
