Влияние Подоходного Налога Физических Лиц На Уровень Доходов Граждан В Современной Монголии

Abstract

Правительство Монголии проводит политику улучшения уровня жизни и занятости населения, а также увеличения количества рабочих мест на макроэкономическом уровне. В современном мире НДФЛ является инструментом регулирования семейного и личного потребления, сбережения, занятости, брачности, роста численности населения, а также перераспределения доходов. За последние 20 лет страны — члены Организации экономического сотрудничества и развития (ОЭСР) для создания благополучной среды расширяют инвестиции и проводят налоговую реформу, чтобы поддержать занятость и финансовую конкуренцию. Автором рассматривается практика применения подоходного налога в различных странах мира, а также анализируется практика налогообложения в части НДФЛ в Монголии, выявляются проблемные области и предлагаются пути решения проблем. Проанализированы цели правительства Монголии при внесении изменений в налог на доходы физических лиц.
