Abstract

Рассматривается роль государственного финансового обеспечения рыбохозяйственного комплекса России в условиях современных тенденций его экономического развития. Выявляются основные проблемы в реализации федеральной целевой программы «Повышение эффективности использования и развитие ресурсного потенциала рыбохозяйственного комплекса в 2009–2012 годах». Даны рекомендации по исключению системных проблем, имевшихся при государственном финансировании отраслевых мероприятий.
