Abstract

Автор увязывает вопросы прогнозирования спроса на жилье с другими направлениями социально-экономической политики, рассматривает классификацию имеющихся методов прогнозирования. В статье анализируется использование групп и конкретных методов прогнозирования для обоснования спроса, рыночного потенциала и текущего рыночного спроса на региональном рынке жилья
