Abstract

Интернационализация бизнеса, развитие новых форм конкурентных отношений и переход к экономике, которая базируется на новых знаниях и передовых технологиях, сформировали объективные предпосылки для активного участия субъектов малого предпринимательства в создании открытых инноваций, которые вряд ли могут быть реализованы без масштабной государственной поддержки наукоемкого бизнеса
