Abstract

Цель статьи представить использование инновационных технологий как объект совершенствования управления и направлений антикризисных мероприятий на уровне предприятия. Приведено описание инновационных методов управления АВS (Алкоа Бизнес-Система), включающих семь инструментов управления. Они призваны активизировать использование трудовых ресурсов, что значительно улучшает показатели эффективности деятельности.
