Abstract

Анализируются новые налоговые инициативы, касающиеся налогообложения и пенсионного обеспечения. Цель преобразований поиск новых фискальных источников и накоплений. Чтобы социальная ситуация на локальном уровне стала программируемо управляемой, необходимо реструктуризировать механизм налогового и инвестиционного планирования не только для предприятий, но и для физических лиц. Точка зрения авторов: необходимо ослабить непосильный налоговый гнет, сделав упор на управление финансовыми инструментами
