Abstract

Авторы подчеркивают, что способность банковской системы выполнять ипотечное жилищное кредитование это важный фактор социально-экономического развития региона. В России еще не сложилось единого подхода к оценке потенциала жилищного кредитования, трудно оценить способность банковской системы удовлетворять спрос жителей на ипотечный кредит.
