Abstract

Рассматриваются внутренние факторы, определяющие формирование и уровень налогового потенциала региона. Приводятся аргументы против установления дифференцированных нормативов отчислений от налогов, обращается внимание на недостаточность перечня, ограниченность налогооблагаемой базы региональных местных налогов, для финансирования расходов соответствующих бюджетов.
