Abstract

Особый интерес к 1920-м годам связан с тем, что в центре внимания стояли проблемы формирования номенклатуры, сращивания партийного и государственного аппаратов. В статье дается краткая характеристика содержания протоколов Бурят-Монгольского ЦИК, освещающих вопросы социально-экономического развития Бурятии в период становления национальной государственности. На основе анализа данного вида документов прослеживается деятельность верховного органа управления в области экономического развития республики в рассматриваемый период
