Abstract

В статье анализируются причинно-следственные связи и типология изменений в процессах организации управления социально-экономическими системами, в качестве которых рассматриваются промышленные предприятия. Управление без опоры на системный мониторинг приводит лишь к борьбе с последствиями неконтролируемых изменений. Для стабилизации процесса развития необходимо придать желаемую направленность потоку событий, вызывающих изменения
