Abstract

В статье рассматривается ряд проблем, остро стоящих в области правого регулирования государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП). Вследствие нерешенности этих проблем интеллектуальный потенциал в России используется неэффективно, что негативно влияет на развитие инновационной сферы. В статье выдвинуты предложения по выходу из сложившейся ситуации.
