Abstract

Проведен ана лиз неопределенностей, существующих в настоящее время в сфере управления зарубежной государственной собственностью Российской Федерации. Предложена системно-структурная модель неопределенностей в сфере управления зарубежной собственностью. Показано, что возможность повышения эффективности управления и финансового контроля в этой сфере связана с раскрытием и устранением рассмотренных неопределенностей.
