Понятие И Структура Личности В Криминалистике Ю. Л. Дяблова

Abstract

Рассмотрено происхождение понятия «личность» в русском языке, его современная трактовка. Соотнесено общефилософское понимание личности и криминалистическое. Проанализированы имеющиеся в криминалистике трактовки понятия «личность», а также элементы, выделяемые различными авторами в его структуре. Предложена собственная классификация свойств личности, на основе которой сформулировано авторское определение понятия «личность» в криминалистике.
