Анализ Макроокружения Как Эффективный Метод Управления Газовой Промышленностью

Abstract

На основе изученных источников определены функции стратегического управления промышленным предприятием. Проведен PEST-анализ газовой промышленности РФ. Выявлены факторы из четырех сфер окружающей среды: политика, экономика, общество и технологии, влияющие на развитие газовой промышленности. Проведен отраслевой анализ газовой промышленности РФ. Рассмотрены доминирующие экономические характеристики отрасли: темп роста отрасли, уровень прибыльности, уровень дифференциации и барьеры входа/выхода. Выявлены факторы, влияющие на изменение движущих сил газовой отрасли: долговременная скорость роста, технологические и законодательные изменения. Сделан вывод об эффективности проведения анализа макроокружения для составления стратегического плана развития газовой промышленности.
