Abstract

Проведен анализ правовой культуры гражданского общества. Целью статьи является выделение ценностных ориентиров правовой культуры в процессе развития демократического государства. Рассмотрена сущность и содержание правовой культуры и ее особенности, изучены основные подходы к пониманию правовой культуры. Научная работа написана на основе научных исследований казахстанских и российских авторов по вопросам природы права, правовой культуры, ее ценностных ориентиров в процессе формирования гражданского общества и правового государства.
