Abstract

Авторами выполнен комплексный анализ методов оценки конкурсных предложений. Процедура оценки и сопоставления заявок участников конкурсной процедуры рассмотрена в разрезе составляющих ее компонентов. Выявлены пути совершенствования конкурсных процедур по каждому из компонентов. Сформирована укрупненная иерархическая модель критериев конкурсной оценки в сфере дорожного строительства. Предложено использование метода анализа иерархий для распределения коэффициентов значимостей критериев и показателей.
