Abstract

Современное развитие экономики определяет стратегическую ориентацию развития предпринимательских структур. Однако разработка стратегии, определяющей выбор оптимальных целей и средств к их достижению, это сложная задача для всех уровней управления промышленными системами. Процессы формирования и обоснованной оценки корпоративной стратегии связаны со значительными затратами, а также требуют большого объема информации и профессиональных навыков при формировании организационно-экономического механизма взаимодействия в системе стратегического управления промышленным предприятием. Обосновано применение системного подхода к модели стратегического управления промышленными системами.
