Abstract

Предметом исследования в данной статье выступают историко-методологические предпосылки зарождения, формирования и развития специальных знаний в дореволюционной России как важнейшего процессуального института, устанавливающего основания участия сведущих лиц в раскрытии и расследовании преступлений, а также условия применения этих знаний в уголовном процессе.
