Назначение Наказания В Виде Штрафа, Кратного Сумме Взятки, Как Отражение Антикоррупционной Политики В Новых Финансово-Экономических Условиях

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы противодействия коррупции в новых финансово-экономических условиях. Проанализированы недостатки назначения наказания в виде штрафа, кратного сумме взятки. Отслежены тенденции гуманизации наказания за взяточничество и другие коррупционные преступления. Отмечены имеющиеся препятствия для назначения альтернативных наказаний штрафу, и для выплаты штрафов осужденными как объективного, так и субъективного характера. Намечены перспективные подходя оценки легализации преступных доходов коррупционеров.
