Обстановка Совершения Контрабанды В Республике Ирак

Abstract

Проанализировано значение обстановки совершения преступления в системе его криминалистической характеристики, механизме преступного деяния и перечне обстоятельств, подлежащих установлению. Охарактеризована частичная необустроенность таможенной и государственной границ республики Ирак, способствующая совершению контрабанды, а также усложняющая расследование данного преступления.
