Abstract

В статье исследуется административно-правовой статус Шотландского Комиссара по правам детей и молодёжи в сравнении со статусом Уполномоченного при Президенте Российской Федерации по правам ребёнка. Делается вывод, что изучение российским законодателем опыта функционирования Шотландского Комиссара по правам детей и молодёжи будет способствовать совершенствованию организационного механизма административно-правового статуса Уполномоченного при Президенте РФ по правам ребёнка, а также созданию в России единой централизованной системы защиты прав ребёнка.
