Abstract

Предложена модель стратегического управления малым промышленным предприятием, главной особенностью которой является присутствие этапа разработки системы стратегического контроля и управления реализацией стратегии; в результате комплексного исследования в качестве основы для ее построения обоснован выбор сбалансированной системы показателей.
