Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы организации контроля расходов физических лиц в Российской Федерации с учетом сложившейся практики; выделяются проблемы, возникающие при осуществлении налогового контроля; анализируются возможности применения налоговыми органами декларирования расходов государственных служащих. В работе детально анализируется накопленная арбитражная практика относительно налогового контроля расходов физических лиц; дается ретроспективный анализ применения элементов контроля за расходами в Российской Федерации; рассматриваются новации в налоговом законодательстве, которые позволят выявлять реальные доходы физических лиц.
