Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу определения уровня эффективности инвестиционных проектов в условиях нестабильной внешней среде. Приведены основные показатели эффективности инвестиционных проектов в рамках динамического и бухгалтерского методов оценки; показано, что наиболее целесообразным в условиях возрастающей турбулентности внешней среды бизнеса представляется использование сценарного анализа, направленного на формирование комплексной оценки воздействия ключевых параметров внутренней и внешней среды инвестиционного проекта; дан алгоритм реализации сценарного подхода к оценке эффективности инвестиционного проекта. Обосновывается перспективность использования инструментария форсайта в процессе сценарного анализа эффективности инвестиционных проектов.
